1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how RYCE.AI ("RYCE", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you visit our websites, purchase our products, or interact with our marketing — including ads on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp).
2. Information we collect

3. How we use your information
- To deliver and support the products and Services you purchase.
- To process payments, including authorized one-click upsells.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, downloads, scheduling).
- To send marketing emails and follow-ups, where permitted by law and your consent (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To measure, attribute, and improve our advertising and content.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. Cookies, pixels, and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies (including the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and analytics tools) to understand how visitors interact with our site, measure ad performance, and serve relevant marketing.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices.
5. Meta / Facebook advertising disclosure
We advertise on Meta-owned platforms (Facebook, Instagram). To measure ad performance and serve relevant ads, we may share hashed identifiers (such as a hashed email address) and event data (such as a purchase event) with Meta through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. This data is used for attribution, optimization, and audience building in accordance with Meta's terms.
This site is not a part of the Facebook website or Meta Platforms, Inc. Additionally, this site is NOT endorsed by Facebook or Meta in any way. FACEBOOK is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
6. How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate our business:
- Service providers: payment processor, email service, hosting, scheduling, analytics, advertising platforms — under contracts limiting their use of your data.
- Legal: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- Business transfer: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
7. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
